Refund policy

You can change your mind. You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase - and unlike most made-to-order brands, that includes items you designed yourself.

1. Your 14-day right

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods, without giving any reason. Because LASE is modular, we extend this right to every product, including custom configurator builds - a returned piece is disassembled into modules and re-used, so we can afford to let you decide freely.

2. How to withdraw

Tell us before the 14 days are up - a clear statement by email to info@lase.studio is enough (you may use the model withdrawal form but you don't have to). Then send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us.

3. Condition of returned goods

Please return items complete and undamaged, ideally in their original packaging, so they can be disassembled and re-used. You may unpack and inspect a piece as you would in a shop; if its value is reduced by handling beyond that, we may deduct a corresponding amount.

4. Refunds

We refund all payments we received from you, including standard delivery, within 14 days of your withdrawal - using the same payment method you used, at no extra cost. We may wait until we receive the goods back, or you show they were sent, whichever is earlier.

5. Return shipping cost

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. As delivery to you was free, only the return leg is at your expense.

6. When withdrawal doesn't apply

The right to withdraw does not apply to goods that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery, or in the other narrow cases set by law. We do not otherwise restrict it.

Defects and complaints are handled under the statutory 24-month guarantee - see the Warranty section of our Terms of Service, or email info@lase.studio.
