Shipping policy

Free, tracked delivery across the European Union. Because every piece is made to order, here is exactly when to expect it.

1. Where we ship and what it costs

We ship to all European Union countries. Delivery is free - the shipping cost is included in the product price, so the total at checkout is what you pay.

2. When your order ships

• Standard orders: made to order and dispatched within 3-5 business days. Transit by the carrier typically adds a few days depending on your country.
• Founding pre-orders: produced as a batch and dispatched in September 2026. The window is shown on the product before you order.

The total time to delivery is the dispatch time plus carrier transit. We email you tracking as soon as your order ships.

3. Carrier and tracking

Orders are sent with a tracked EU carrier. You receive tracking by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

4. If delivery is delayed

If we cannot dispatch within the stated window, we will contact you with a new date; you may accept it or cancel for a full refund. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the goods are handed to you or your chosen carrier.
