What bulb does it take?
Any E27 LED up to 10 W — smart bulbs included. It ships with a neutral-white dimmable LED fitted.
How do I switch it on and dim it?
A dim button sits on the cord — press to turn on, hold to brighten or dim.
Is it water-tight?
Flowers go in a borosilicate glass insert, so water never touches the printed body. The insert is dishwasher-safe; the printed parts are not.
Can I use it outdoors?
No — LASE is for indoor use. Keep it out of direct sun, UV, and heat.
What's the warranty and return policy?
Two years' warranty, and 14-day returns on everything.
Can I recycle it?
Yes — the printed parts are plant-based PLA. Send them back to us or recycle locally.
